Cancellation and Refund Conditions
- You can request a refund/exchange for the products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of the sales invoice, taking into account the return conditions below.
- In order for us to evaluate your return requests, a copy of the invoice must be sent to us together with the product.
Return conditions are as follows;
- The general return period for each product is 14 days.
- Returns must be made with the original packaging and gifts and accessories, if any.
- Personalized products prepared clearly in line with the buyer's wishes and/or his personal needs cannot be returned.
- For product returns, the situation must first be reported to customer services via support@babylone.com.tr e-mail.
- Then, the product must be sent, together with its invoice, to the cargo company specified below, with the cargo agreement number.
- If the returned product reaching the seller meets the conditions specified in the distance selling contract, it is accepted as a refund and the refund is made to the buyer's credit card / account.
- Return transactions of orders whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
- The payment for returned products is equal to the product price, and the shipping fee you paid when placing the order is not refunded.
